Affiliation

Any trade union of workers/association of employed persons , whether registered under the Trade Unions Act or any other statute, accepting the objects, means and other obligations under the Constitution of INTUC may apply for affiliation in the prescribed form available from the office of INTUC on payment of Rs100/- towards the Application Form.

The affiliation fee shall be Rs 5/- per member, as per the strength on the rolls of such unions/association who seek affiliation with minimum being Rs500/-, and shall be payable every year, the financial year of INTUC being from 01st April to 31st March.

Granting of affiliation shall be solely at the discretion of INTUC and no claims or disputes in the matters of whatsoever nature shall be entertained and no reason shall be assigned to decline or cancel the affiliation. It is obligatory on the part of every affiliate union to make payment of affiliation fee on or before 31st December every year to be accounted for subsequent financial year.
